The service was very helpful and gave me a lot of confidence. There was also good communication about waiting times for appointments and I appreciated the attention to care & messaging within the service.
A secondary general waiting times update / dated waiting times information (for those who had waited the initial time before being seen) would be appreciated, instead of questioning whether to call the service and ask.
