Psychiatry UK took a little while to reply to messages in the online portal sometimes, but the actual assessment was very good.
Elena and Steve made me feel really comfortable the entire time, and explained everything clearly and walked me through the next steps afterwards! They were both really friendly and patient and made the assessment not feel intense or scary at all.

We have recently experienced another influx of demand for our services, but we are doing everything we can to bring our response times back down.
