My whole experience has been brilliant from start to finish. I have been consulted on all aspects of my treatment at all times, i have been treated like it is me individually, and not on 'average', because we are all so different and have different needs. I am individual and was treated as one. Contact has been very regular and swift responses to any problems or worries i had and then resolved. My personal consults were done via email and video link and i personally found this much better and made my journey a lot more easier. The consultants and prescriber were very understanding and listened to me. If only all treatments could be administered this way....
Thank you to the staff and I highly recommend.
