My experience was from an online meeting after covid. My assessment was only 40 mins long which felt incredibly rushed. I did not feel appropriately assessed online as you can’t see my entire body and when the assessment was finished the doctor commented on the fact I was able to sit still the entre meeting. This was not true and he could not see the rest of my body. I was in fact moving, I just never got up or walked around as that would have been rude to do in a meeting but I digress. My diagnosis at the end was inconclusive and because I struggle with mental health they wanted me to do six months of therapy before coming back to the clinic. I did not feel seen, I didn’t not feel validated, I would not recommend an online assessment.
