Was referred to the ADHD service. The waiting times were long but were as per the website. Once I reached the top of the waiting list, services were prompt, communication was excellent and I felt like I was listened to and my concerns were taken into account. I was involved in decisions regarding my care. Excellent care. Would 100% recommend.

You have mentioned our waiting times, and we know that some of our patients are having to wait longer than we would like, due to the popularity of our service. We continually work to try to reduce these times through an ongoing recruitment programme for clinical staff and regular audits to find new ways to streamline our processes, and we can usually see patients faster than through local NHS routes. It is good to learn that once you reached the top of the list, you found all aspects of our service to be good, and .. the most important thing ... you are satisfied that you received excellent care.
