My time with titration team was extended due to the nature of my reaction to medication. My prescriber Claire was brilliant throughout. She ensured I was ok, provided as much guidance as she could, checked in & made sure I was comfortable at every change/up of dosage. Claire went above & beyond to help.
The only thing I found difficult was the process being on an App, I find communicating online very difficult and prefer telephone calls so I can understand or have some interpret what is being said to me.

We do understand that, while some people welcome the convenience of online communications, an online service does not suit everyone. Nevertheless, it sounds as though you were able to build a good rapport with your titration prescriber, and are now feeling settled on your medication. Thank you for recommending our service, and I will pass on your feedback to your prescriber.
