My consultation and titration were all done online. My consultation was with Dr. A. Mitra who was friendly and made it easy for me to open up and say what i needed to say. I was then assigned to Ms Helen Hardcastle for my titration period and even though I have never seen her face, it felt like I had a friend with me throughout. Ms Hardcastle explained everything that was going on in an easy to understand way, describing effects of medications, evaluating how I felt and working on that. Her dedication does not end at her job, she genuinely cared. At one point I was admitted to hospital due to an infection, while in hospital I needed to reply to an email from Helen where I explained a situation I was going through and mentioned I was in hospital, her reply was so heartfelt, genuine and caring it made me shed a tear and gave me the strength to carry on at a time where I felt lonely and scared. She has been nothing short of wonderful and I feel blessed that I was under her care. Thank you. R
