You're run of the mill private entity that only cares about money.
My biggest qualm is that you have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for information and documentation, you should receive within a day or so.
Get your referral to a local NHS service and let these vampires starve.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It is always really helpful to receive patient feedback, good or bad, to understand patients' experience of our service. We apologise that you have had to wait for documentation/information. We have recently experienced another surge in RTC referrals and we know that this means our patients are having to wait longer for treatment than we would like. We are recruiting on an ongoing basis to meet the growing demand for our service and, at the same time, continuously reviewing our processes to find more streamlined ways to do things. I hope that your assessment has been helpful, despite taking longer than you had hoped.
