I am so grateful for every person involved in my care, from assessment to end of titrating medication. I cannot express how much my life has improved thanks to this service. My only improvement would be to offer phone call updates or zooms with your prescriber to communicate needs and side effects more easily. I communicate far better through talking to a person than filling in a form. Other than that, I cannot fault the professionals involved in this service, they have been wonderful!

Hello Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are pleased to hear that your experience has been so positive and that your treatment has made such a difference to your life. You have mentioned that you would have preferred to communicate with your prescriber via telephone or Zoom. As an online service, it is more efficient for us to communicate via our patient portal to be able to support as many people as possible and reduce the wait for patients on our titration waiting list. For many of our patients this works well, and they tell us that they appreciate the flexibility of being able to pick up their portal notes when convenient to them, but we do appreciate that our systems do not suit everyone.
