Really impressed with the service and care offered - it was great to be kept so informed constantly throughout the entire process and to feel like I was being listened to. I have had a say in every single step of the process which has really settled me mentally.
The prescriber I was allocated was amazing - speedy to reply to any queries and let me guide the process which has been a great help.
It feels amazing to have been listened to and given a reason for struggling for so many years!
Would thoroughly recommend.
