I found the process clear & easy to access & follow. I understand that the service is under extreme pressures right now, so yes there were periods of waiting. But I didn't feel that these were outrageously long.
I was treated with kindness & understanding by all the professionals I had contact with. I received prompt responses to any queries. I feel that this has been a very positive experience for me.

You have mentioned that there were periods of waiting; as you have noted our service has become extremely popular, and we know some of our patients are having to wait longer than we would like. We are continuously working to do everything we can to bring waiting times down, including the ongoing recruitment of new staff and streamlining our processes to make our practice more efficient Nevertheless, we are pleased to hear that your overall experience has been positive and you are happy to recommend our service.
