The entire process was really straightforward and really clear communication was provided throughout the process.
For the assessment itself, Dr Bains and Steve the Mental Health Nurse (unfortunately i did not catch his last name) were really friendly and calming, as I was incredibly anxious about the appointment.
I also really appreciated that they were able to confirm the diagnosis on the call, rather than having to let me wait 6 weeks for the full report.
I would highly recommmend Psychiarty UK!
