My assessment with Mehboob Yaqub was great, he was warm, sensitive and trauma informed. I felt safe and listened to. My titration support with Mina MacDonald was excellent, Mina really took time to understand exactly how my mood, focus and attention were impacted by the medication as well as other factors. I had a few other issues impacting things but Mina was aware of these and how they might be interacting, she provided sound advice and I felt consulted about all decisions that were made about my care. I was able to check things out when I needed and always had a timely response. The online forms were straightforward and the monitoring in this way helped me to feel reassured throughout the process. Highly recommend this service. Thank you both of you.
