The whole team, during the entire process, were excellent. It genuinely felt as if I mattered to them.
I am incredibly pleased with the process, and the outcome.
Whilst everyone was excellent, I want to give special mention to the nurse that oversaw the ‘titration’ process, helping me to determine the optimum dosage of medication. Sally was kind, patient, prompt in her replies, and very supportive. In some ways, I’m going to miss being able to ask her for guidance.
