Been diagnosed takes a long time in England for Adults for me 3 years, I feel lucky to end up with Psychiatry UK service, which is mainly online. I did find it lacked timely social contact, which Neurodiverse Adults desperately need. This service has so much potential and I would welcome anyone who wants to make it bigger and better to contact me. Staff in this service that I received were so helpful at all times and I am so grateful to them. So, please extend this service, so that people can be diagnosed!

Response from Psychiatry-UK

Firstly, we really appreciate your time in leaving such a detailed review. All feedback, good or bad, gives us a better understanding of how our service feels to patients during their journey through P-UK, particularly as the majority of our communications are online. We are continually working to improve our patient interface to make our processes more accessible and neurodivergent-friendly, and we would welcome your offer to work with us on this. If you would still be happy to send in your suggestions directly, or to take part in a future focus group, could I ask you to please make contact via our Patient Experience Team at: experience@psychiatry-uk.com. In the meantime, we are pleased that your experience has been so helpful and we look forward to hearing from you when convenient.
