I highly recommend Psychiatry UK to everyone I come across that is seeking assessment. Both my Psychiatrist (Tracey Norwich) and my perscriber (Menaz Kermali) were amazing throughout the process and I couldn't have asked for better practitioners. I also love the online portal and process, it made the forms much easier and more accessible since the forms are filled in on the portal digitally, so no handwritting or having to download them and then re-upload them, and it also means that you don't have to worry about being forgotten about during the wait or uncertain about the process, as well as making communication much easier as you can leave a note at any time instead of having to call. I felt heard and listened to throughout the process and very comfortable talking to Dr Norwich and Menaz, who both took my thoughts into account and involved me throughout. I have felt dismissed by some clinicians in various NHS settings in the past, but I can confidently say I never felt that way with Psychiatry UK and will always enthusiastically recommend them!
