Although the nursing staff and everyone I dealt with were so supportive and kind it would have been beneficial to have clearer communication in terms of waiting times (mainly regarding the pre op- I was at the clinic for almost 5 hours). I was waiting for over two hours between appointments as they waited for two doctors authorisation (something I wasn't made aware of that was required). Although this was completely out of the clinics control, an update on the situation would have really helped put me at ease.

The staffs are very professional and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this service. I was very taken care of during my visit.
