Booking in for the appointment was amazing, clear and informative about the whole process. Very quick and flexible regarding appointments. Information arrived promptly and was followed up to confirm arrival and clarity. I had some questions and they were answered promptly even on the weekend. Totally different to the usual NHS process we have experienced where you receive a letter with a date and if you can't make it you end up loosing your place on the 'list' and have no idea what the appointment is for / how long and it's hit and miss if you see the right person. We have not yet attended an appointment so cannot comment on the cleanliness hence the middle score.
