I was injured on a trek and on my return I visited Body Logic Health. Costel quickly identified the root cause and came up with a recovery plan (mixture of massage, strengthening exercises and stretching). I also got additional information on what I can do to reduce injury going forward which I am putting into practice. I have recovered in time for for my next trek. Treatment and approach was professional and personable. I highly recommend Costel and Body Logic Health
