I saw Seb at Body Logic for deep tissue massage which was absolutely brilliant. I came off my bike two weeks before an Ironman, and was unable to swim, cycle or run with no time at all before the big day. Seb worked on my shoulder, wrist and legs over a couple of sessions, and I made a full recovery before the event. There's absolutely no way I would have made such a quick recovery otherwise - thoroughly recommend.
