My constipation was secondary to gastroparesis. Actilax simply created foul wind. Magnesia San Pellegrino was ‘violently’ effective. ‘Oily’ preparations hopeless. Finally, after being totally blocked for ~ 6 days had truly distressing use of Microlax enemas to pass huge amount of large hard faeces’. I almost passed out on the cold, cold floor! 1 month ago I commenced Movicol, 1 sachet daily and have effortlessly passed perfect ‘sinking’ faeces daily. This product is absolutely amazing!
