I have Mega Colon, the specialist, and Gp's told me to take it. However, ive been concerned for a while that it is having the opposite effect on me, seems to make the faeces too soft, and feel blocked up all the time, very hard to pass a bowel motion. Im going to stop taking it, and see if i
get back to some form of normality. Thanks to the other reviews, who had problems also. I know im not alone now.
