Terrible. Took this as the doctor prescribed it but I didn't poo once!!! However, the side effect were there. Felt bloated and ill constantly, and my ankles were swollen! I am a young and healthy person, with no other health conditions, so there is no reason for all these symptoms.
Very disappointing, 0/10. :(
