I took Cerazette for over 10 years and could not fault it. I took one pill a day (you are allowed up to 12 hours grace if you forget to do so), had no side effects or nasty taste and it worked very well. I would recommend it to anyone who is over 30 as it is progesterone only based and is better than your standard progesterone and oestrogen pill for blood pressure reasons, especially if you smoke.
