The staff were very caring, attentive and patient. Judith was extremely helpful and thoughtful with her suggestions. The process with the rep was made easier with her being there as she thought of things we didn't!

Staff were great very friendly, kind and understanding. The only negative would be the waiting time frame but that is understandable as it's only one day of the month. All in all we are very happy with the service, keep it up.

Very good. I understood all what was explained. The problem was sorted with the wheelchair and with the parts on order.
