Everything was excellent - Louise took us through how to use the chair, as well as dissasemble it very concisely & thoroughly.
She answered all of our questions patiently and gave us good advice for the future.
I love this service and feel so grateful and lucky, my needs are always met without having to constantly justify myself and my needs.
