The care is appropriate, the communication is alright and well explained but would have liked to be given an update of the decision made of which chair so that what we have received matched with the communication received from the service.

The service was first class, lady was excellent when showing how to work wheelchair.

We were quickly seen by the OT. We were involved in decision making. Questions were answered.
