Today the attention we have received has been faultless. Well done. Unfortunately the service since being taken over by W.K. has been less than satisfactory. At our last session we made specific requirements that were needed. Photographs and measurements were taken. Today the finished product is disappointing, we feel we were not listened to. Hopefully this will improve!
