The focus seems to be to provide the cheapest wheelchair rather than focus on need. Making wheelchair users go to appointments on an industrial estate rather than school visits, to make it more convenient for users, is missing the point that users have mobility issues. A disappointing service with staffing attitude issues. They need a feedback form and then do something about feedback. My blood pressure goes up just dealing with this service and looking to buy my own wheelchair so I don’t have to deal with them
