So far so good, as far as the consultations and voice exercises are concerned. I am deeply allergic to these time consuming questionnaires, which seem to imply that here in England, if someone does a good job, they deserve to be rated as exceptional. Hmmmm. But since you ask, Justin Roe comes across as a competent and experienced medical professional in his field, a good listener, a well organised administrator-manager (presumably with support from other less visible well organised administrators behind the scenes) and (which is more important than any of the other stuff) a fully paid up member of the human race.
