Two days after my first appointment at Imperial College Hospital I received a telephone call from Gemma Clunie. She was respectful, treating me with dignity and listening to what I wished to tell her rather than bombarding me with her own agenda as if I didn't understand anything. She was helpful and kind. I look forward to meeting her in person when I go in for surgery in the new year. Thank you.
