Keara was incredibly informative, warm and professional. She answered my questions clearly and didn't make me feel I was taking up too much of her time. I found it very useful to be shown how to do thorough breast checks.This was my first appointment in the oncology team and I naturally have been finding it hard to come to terms with what I have experienced in the last couple of months. Keara made me feel much calmer and more positive. Thank you Keara.
