This was my first meeting with Keara. She explained my procedure and medication in detail and answered all my questions. She listened to all my concerns and did not dismiss anything I said. She was re-assuring, caring and empathetic. My appointment was not rushed and I felt like she cared about me as a person rather than just another patient.
