Absolutely exceptional service and care from Mr. Brett Hydes (sonographer) at my high risk anatomy scan. He was incredibly empathetic and understanding of mine and my partners feelings. He was reassuring throughout my appointment, telling me exactly what he saw when he saw it. Sometimes sonographers can be quiet which makes me nervous and apprehensive, especially considering my ‘high risk’ status. Mr, Hydes made us feel as comfortable as possible right from the very beginning of my appointment.
I am over the moon and extremely grateful with this care I received at such a worrying time. I could not recommend Mr. Hydes highly enough. I really was in the best hands.
