Very impressed with the care I received from both Andy and his colleague today. The young lady who showed me in did an excellent job of explaining what was going to happen and was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process which very much calmed my nerves.
Andy too was very clear and helpful about the procedure and took the time to go through some of the findings as well as answer my questions. Thank you.
