Andy welcomed me with a friendly greeting and explained the procedure to me and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions which I thought was great. The whole procedure went smoothly with clear instructions from Andy with the addition of my health and safety when returning to stand on my feet after being laid backwards by the machine. At the end of the scan he told me clearly what would happen next and the possible time frame for my results to come through.All involved in my visit were a credit to the City Hospital.
