Tash (I think) called my from the waiting area and straight away put me at ease: she went through the questions clearly and took me through to the ex-ray room where Andy introduced himself. Andy asked questions and explained the procedure very clearly, giving me the opportunity to ask for any clarifications I may need. The procedure was carried out with care and very clear instructions. It would be arrogant of me to suggest any improvements, everything from the receptionist to walking out of the department was excellent. My sincere thanks to both Andy and Tash.
