Lucy is the most lovely, caring person you could come across. She is patient focused in everything she does and it’s obvious patients are at the heart of everything
She is knowledgable and always takes the time to speak to you and explain everything and no question is stupid.
What ever treatment or procedure you require it is explained and you are put at ease. She is compassionate and her care is second to none
