Dr Sunil Sthanakiya demonstrates excellent listening and empathy skills.
I do not think I was an easy patient, as I am a psychotherapist and counsellor myself, however, despite testing him in the early sessions he met and contained my anxieties and helped me to gain insight and understanding.
My reason for contact was deteriorating health issues and looking at death/ dying.
I would highly recommend this therapist.
