Anna's approach is very kind and gentle. She encourages you to talk about the things which matter at your own pace and in your own way. She doesn't steer or guide so much as coax, and this relaxed method allows issues to surface which you sometimes didn't expect.
I found Anna sympathetic and compassionate.
The only ways in which the service Anna provided could be improved upon are those which are out of her personal control: the venue, which needs to be somewhere quieter and with no possibility of others overhearing, and her availability - Anna provides yet another overstretched service from equally overstretched resources.

I will use your feedback to raise the issue of service-user confidentiality and I am developing a group-delivered therapy that I hope will help with the issue of waiting list times.
