I arrived at the clinic in a lot of pain and discomfort, having been seen by my GP the previous week and been given the diagnosis that it was my Polymyalgia, Heather examined me and straight away diagnosed my pinched lumber nerve and set in potion the relevant exercises to help ease the substantial pain I was in. Within a week I was getting relief and could at last get some much welcomed sleep. I am so pleased too say three weeks and three sessions later I am a hundred percent improved and in fact Heather has discharged me, with the proviso that I can see her again in the future if needed. It was important that I followed the exercises given to me, the instructions that were sent by e-mail were invaluable. The care I received was excellent, Heather certainly helped in my recovery.
