I was given some useful exercises by Becky Lydon for my pulled hip muscle and there has been a slight improvement. I shall continue doing them, as well as the walking, rebounding and swimming.
I was given a choice of further treatment options, which I shall pursue with the physiotherapy and I was quite happy with the service received, thanks.
I also liked the fact that she saw me in strict order of appointment when someone tried to "jump the queue"!
