A friend who had seen Nikos recommended that I see him for a problem with my neck, I had seen other physios in the past but not at Physio & More. Nikos was thorough, he asked a lot of questions, examined me thoroughly and then told me what he thought was wrong and the treatment he proposed. It all sounded very sensible and so Nikos set to work. I also had a programme to follow at home of stretches and exercises. I felt better after the first session and was properly mended about five weeks later which after two years of pain is amazing, I feel so good. I therefore totally recommend Nikos.
