Excellent service . James explained everything that he did and the reasons the for the exercises .
A very pleasant and kind person that I would recommend 100%.
When I first saw him I was in great pain and not very mobile but today I am not in pain and can exercise and get on with life with the the knowledge I can manage it if it returns .
