James listened to my problem in details. He asked me relevant questions to verify what I had said. He gave me exercises & insured I understood them. When I had difficulties, he asked to view my problem by watching me on zoom. He always double checked that I understood what my next exercises should be - & when I should stop if they caused pain or discomfort. Hen made sure I had the contact details to contact the office if I had any problems. He always reiterated that I understood everything he had said, how to do the exercises. He always asked if I had any questions before he finished the calls. He made subsequent appointment I.e. telephone calls at home, or at the clinic if he needed to see my progress or difficulties. He always ran me when he had arranged a time. I would say James is an excellent physiotherapist who knew his job and helped me tremendously to treat my hip and guide me through all the exercises that helped me gain my goal of using my hip & not having any pain.
