James made me feel listened to, he has great listening skills, very professional and his caring nature helped me get a referral from GP. I saw my GP at 15:00 after meeting James at 09:00, he had already sent a comprehensive letter detailing his recommendation. I wouldn’t have had this referral without him. Looking at my MRI scan results, he explained it such that l understood how the situation is and what triggers it. He modelled all exercises l need As an NHS clinician myself in a different Trust, l felt the appointment feeling great and positive. James is an excellent physiotherapist
