I have been with the physio Mr James Bell for 5 months at first I was a little unsure as to what to expect. But to be honest from the first appointment he ran through everything. He went through my medical background and then explained what the plan was going to be. He set a time frame of roughly 5 months of working with me. He explained all the exercises and what they did. He gave me an exercise programme to do at home which were more less what I had done with him at my appointment. He would revue my progress every so often and there was some improvement to start with. Unfortunately it didn't progress in the right direction, James decided that I needed to be referred to the orthopaedic team. I saw him on a Thursday and by Tuesday the following week I received a phone call from the orthopaedic team. I have since had an appointment and I need a new hip. So in my opinion if James hadn't been good at what he does I could still be seeing him and going no where. So thank you for getting me sorted and not letting me feel so low about it.
