Katy is an absolutely brilliant physio! She's really made me feel supported and at ease following an ACL reconstruction and every time I visit her I always feel more confident. She understands my frustration and desire to get back to sport - even though we take it at the right pace she is good about pushing me, particularly as I sometimes feel nervous about certain movements. She is always happy to speak to me over email between appointments if I have any queries, and has given me some great day-to-day advice on recovery, which they don't always tell you at the hospital. Would thoroughly recommend her!
