Katy is very friendly and approachable - she makes you feel at ease immediately which is great. She is very thorough when explaining why/ how an injury effects you and does so in a way that's easy to digest and understand. She clearly maps out what you're going to get from each session and after only 2 sessions with her I am completely confident in her ability to get me back to normal within the appropriate timescales.
