Hemamm was polite, professional and considerate. At all times he listened and considered all information throughout the titration e.g. considering that a particularly stressful time in my life may have affected my blood pressure for that period rather than the medication, and monitoring even more carefully for a short while until things returned to normal.
Hemamm seemed to genuinely care about the patients under his titration and remembered little things I had mentioned.
He was always timely in his contacts and responded swiftly to mine.
